Project Case——Guangzhou International Medical Port

Background of the project:

Guangzhou International Medical Port is located in Liwan District, Guangzhou City, in the Baie Economic Circle, adjacent to the Pearl River. It is a key project of Guangdong Province in building a strong province of traditional Chinese medicine and a key project of Guangzhou City’s 13th Five-Year Plan. The project covers a total area of 73 square meters and has a total construction area of more than 2 million square meters. It will drive the gathering of upstream and downstream enterprises in the big health industry and serve as a comprehensive platform for the global over 100 billion-level big health industry.

The project body plans four major sections: "Health Ark Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao International Health Cooperation Zone, Medical Innovation, and Healthy Living Zone", which will build a new ecology of the great health industry that connects online and offline, connects, intelligence, and shares altruism.

Project difficulties:

1. Comply with the rapid development of business and trade, build a standardized, intensive, information-based and international medical port, and create a platform for experiential consumption in the health industry. Compared with traditional buildings, large-scale trade cities have obvious differences in building materials. The structure and its functions are also more complex, and ventilation environment and fire safety will be a new challenge.

2. There are many specialties in the internal installation of commercial buildings. Strong electricity, weak electricity, water supply and drainage, ventilation and air conditioning, smoke prevention and exhaust, fire protection and other specialties need to be constructed, causing conflicts between various pipes, bridges and air ducts.

1. Green Products fully inspected and researched the project site structure, combined the company's own more than 20 years of manufacturing experience in the ventilation industry to tailor the design, and designed fan products suitable for each site area in strict accordance with the specifications to avoid selecting too small a fan air volume.

2. Pay attention to the intersection of various disciplines that occur during the construction process, and rationally deploy controls to reduce unnecessary bending of pipelines, reduce internal resistance of pipelines, and reduce costs while meeting specifications and requirements.
