Summary：

Box-type non-volute fan is a new type of centrifugal fan, also an essential component of fresh air units, primarily used in air conditioning equipment and building ventilation. The box-type non-volute fan is mainly composed of components such as the outer box, base, impeller, air collector, motor seat, motor protection cover (optional), etc.

Box-type non-volute fan come in 11 different models: 315, 355, 400, 450, 500, 560, 630, 710, 800, 900, and 1000. The motor frequencies available are 50Hz and 60Hz.

Airflow: 900-42000 m³/h(50Hz),1100-45000 m³/h(60Hz).

Highest static pressure : 1750 Pa(50Hz),2500 Pa(60Hz).

Compared to fans with volutes, the box-type non-volute fan has advantages such as a simple structure, high static pressure efficiency, low noise, small size, and arbitrary discharge direction. It aligns with the trend of fan equipment towards low energy consumption, low noise, and small size, indicating broad prospects for applications.

6. Corrosion-resistant appearance: A protective coating is applied on the surface of the galvanized sheet, effectively reducing the risk of corrosion on the outer box and increasing the fan's lifespan for outdoor use.
