LT-FC(s) series fans are divided into R-type (regular model) and C-type (customized model). The R-type comes with accessories such as fan frame, volute, air collector, impeller, main shaft, bearings, etc. The C-type, in addition to the conventional accessories, includes additional items like the base, motor, European-style V-belt, and guard.

LT-FC(s) series fans are available in 12 specifications: 250, 280, 315, 355, 400, 450, 500, 560, 630, 710, 800, and 900. The air volume ranges from 1700 to 110,000 m³/h, and the total pressure ranges from 300 to 2400 Pa.

Construction of Product：

1. Housing

The housing is made from high-quality galvanized steel plate, accompanied by an air collector that conforms to the aerodynamic curve. The side panels and back panels are connected through mechanical hemming, ensuring a sturdy and reliable construction.

2. Impeller

The impeller is manufactured from high-quality galvanized steel plate, designed with an aerodynamically shaped curve to enhance efficiency and reduce noise. The blades are securely fixed to the mid-side plate through riveting claws, providing sufficient rigidity even at the highest designed rotational speed. The impeller meets the ISO1940 standard's G2.5 requirements for static and dynamic balance.

3. Frame

The frame is manufactured using high-quality hot-rolled sections, featuring excellent gas shielded welding craftsmanship. The surface undergoes an overall spray coating treatment, ensuring stability and corrosion resistance.

4. Bearings

The bearings utilize high-quality ball bearings, equipped with a tapered locking sleeve and sealed rubber gaskets. These bearings are pre-lubricated with oil and are automatically aligned.

5. Shaft

Then shaft is manufactured from high-quality carbon structural steel, processed through rough turning, precision turning, and grinding. It possesses high strength, minimal deflection, and strict control over dimensional and positional tolerances. Each shaft undergoes rust-resistant coating treatment.
